LOG HOME CONSTRUCTION
Labor for a standard log home includes anchoring logs into the sub floor, stacking log walls, cutting out rough openings and bucking all windows and doors, giving proper allowance for the settling of the logs, placing all log posts, joists, headers, and beams, installing interior railing, and building log stairs.
ROT REPAIR & LOG HOME RESTORATION
Southern exposures, lower course logs, and logs behind watered shrubbery are susceptible to rot overtime. We can fix this rot before it becomes a structural hazard.
CHINKING & CAULKING
Most log homes need occasional touch ups with caulk or chink as logs settle to keep air infiltration to a minimum and keep pests out. We offer consultations on what would work best for you and your log home. Offering both interior and exterior log home chinking.

INSTALLING RAILING
Rotted railing is a hazard to others. We can replace your railing; scribing it to fit your deck perfectly. We also install railing on new build log homes.
STAINING
Log homes often need stained every 4-5 years. If done correctly and before the stain is peeling, it can last much longer. We offer consultations and free estimates.
